OUR STORY

Three Rivers Risk Solutions was founded by Kimberly and Marshall Taylor with a simple belief: local businesses, property owners, and contractors deserve dependable solutions from people who understand the communities they serve.


After years of experience working in construction, safety, and project environments, we saw firsthand the importance of planning, communication, and protecting what matters most. Too often, businesses, contractors, and property owners must look outside the area for specialized services and support. 


We created Three Rivers Risk Solutions to provide practical, professional solutions that help protect people, property, and projects throughout Ohio and West Virginia.


As our company grows, our commitment remains the same: deliver honest service, build lasting relationships, and help our clients move forward with confidence.

Drawing on experience in safety, construction, and project operations, she brings a practical approach to business management, client relations, and strategic growth. Her commitment to professionalism and service helps ensure every project is delivered with care and attention to detail.

 Marshall co-founded Three Rivers alongside Kimberly with a shared vision of building a trusted local company. Drawing on utility locating experience and years working in industrial environments, he brings a strong understanding of field operations, underground utility locating, jobsite safety, and project execution.
